Yoga or mindfulness For Schools

We provide services to nurseries, schools and colleges.

Yoga and mindfulness can have a positive impact on young people. We believe that our programmes can give young people the tools they need to navigate through school and life in a more positive way. Our programmes give young people a chance to relax, recharge and boost self-esteem, giving them a chance to disconnect from negative mind-sets and emotions, helping them to break the cycle of destructive thoughts and patterns.  Allowing them to release any burdens of responsibility, even for a short time, can have a huge effect on both the body and the mind. With regular practice, young people can find themselves becoming more able to place stressful issues into a more manageable context and self-regulate emotions.

Sessions can be booked for one-to-one or groups. Classes are usually between 30-60 minutes but can be tailored to your schedule if needed.
