Help your child to build their emotional intelligence, creativity, concentration, focus and health by allowing them to develop awareness of their breath, body, thoughts and feeling using the nature around them. We will be holding a mindful arts workshop in Dulwich Park for children aged 3-8 years. The day will start with a mindful breathing activity led by Amani Eke, who founded Project Yogi, a not-for profit that delivers yoga and mindfulness based programmes to young people. This will be followed by a fun mindful movement session led by Nicola Harvey, a published author, wellbeing practitioner and mental health advocate. After a short break, Biancha Samuel-Reid of Kuumba Kids, who is a workshop facilitator and artist, will deliver a creative craft session, using nature from the park. The workshop will end with Mindful listening activity led by Amani.
