Mindfulness Workshop at Layhams Farm

A fun way to introduce your child to mindfulness.
During this workshop children will be taught mindfulness exercises and relaxation practices. We will be using mindful movement, games and each child will be making a mindful calming bottle.
Mindfulness in children encourages focus, awareness of emotions (anger, fear, anxiety and sadness), increases attention, promotes creativity, improves impulse control and can reduces stress.
