Bring your children down to Pop Brixton on April 4th for our mindfulness workshop. During the afternoon children will practice Mindfulness through games, movement and breathing exercises. Mindfulness helps to improve attention and become aware in the present moment. It is used to increase awareness, focus, to control impulses and maintain a sense of calm during difficult or stressful times.
After our Mindful activities we will be showing a screening of the film Inside out. Blankets and cushions are welcome and popcorn will be available for all little yogis.
