children's yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga for children 5 - 10 years
These yoga classes are a creative outlet, helping to improve physical fitness and developing social skills. Children are introduced to postures, yoga games, breathing techniques, strength building techniques, partner yoga, mindfulness relaxation and guided meditations. These methods allow children to learn about their environment and manage their emotions, while helping build on their social skills and their self-esteem.
Everyone Is Welcome
All ages and levels come together to enjoy a fun practise and the opportunity for family bonding. These classes give everyone the chance to explore yoga through postures, partner work, breathing techniques and relaxation in an enjoyable environment.
Tween/teen yoga & Mindfulness
Teenage Yoga Class 11+
This is a flow yoga class, introducing teens to a real adult style yoga class. Here teenagers will learn more challenging postures, do breath work, meditation, mindfulness, partner and acro-style yoga, helping with balance, focus, flexibility, strength and reliving stress.
Toddler Class 1.5 - 4 years
What a great way to have fun with your little one. We focus on the children with the encouragement of parents, guiding their child to learn and grow. We include breathing games, yoga postures, singing, stories, yoga games and music. Helping to develop your child's self-expression and creativity.
