The project

Project Yogi is a not-for-profit organisation that creates self-development and self-empowerment programmes using Yoga, Mindfulness and social emotional development activities. As well as this we teach yoga as an alternative to school sports. Our programmes are designed for children, teenagers and families. Through yoga, mindfulness and social emotional learning, we help young people live better, learn better and make better choices.

We teach yoga & mindfulness to toddlers, pre-schoolers, children, teenagers and young adults. We reach them through schools, colleges, charitable organisations and community venues.

So far we have collected 15% of our target number for donated mats to give to schools, community partners and families and the numbers are rising.

We provide free and subsidised sessions in disadvantaged areas, targeting families and children. We have connected with 20% of our targeted amount.
